Adult Choir

Our adult choir leads in worship during our Sunday morning services. Special music is performed on a regular basis as well as presentations during Christmas, Easter, and the annual Fourth of July Freedom Celebration. Rehearsals are held in the sanctuary each Wednesday night at 6:45 P.M.

Numerous opportunities are available if you are gifted at presenting special music as a soloist or being a member of a small group. Soloists and ensembles are used in our weekly services as well as special performances. Both vocalists and instrumentalists are welcome to contribute to our worship through music in our services at Second Baptist. Children's Choirs

There's a choir for everyone at Second Baptist. A fully age-graded choir program offers musical experience for children age three through sixth grade. Choir is the place to be on Wednesday evening at Second Baptist. If interested in helping with the Children's Choir Program, please contact the church office.

Creative Arts

Use your God-given talents as a visual artist, actor, clowning, or a puppet ministry member to promote God's Word in unique, creative, and inspiring ways. If interested in working with the Creative Arts Ministry, please contact the church office.

Sound/Technical Team

If you are experienced in technology, video, sound, lighting, or computers, our sound and technical team may be a place for you. We are always on the lookout for people to serve with video recording and sound mixing. If interested in helping with the Sound/Technical Team, please contact the church office.

Handbell Choir

Psalm 150:5b says to "Praise Him with the clash of cymbals, Praise Him with resounding cymbals." That is our soul purpose in the handbell ministry. God can mold us and use us in whatever ways He sees fit for the glory of the Kingdom. The handbell ministry needs devoted individuals to reach that goal. Through the sacrifices given by each ringer, excellence in God's eyes can be obtained.
